If you have forgotten the password to you Redman website follow these easy steps:

1) Click the "Forgot Password" button/link below the 'Submit' button

2) Enter your email address and the verification code. (Please note the email address must match the email address we have on file)

3) Answer the security questions

At this point an email will be sent to your account with a temporary password. You can then use this password to log on the site. Upon entering the temporary password, you will be asked to set a new password for your site. The new password needs to contain at least six characters and include at least one number.
