How do I delete all the messages in my Trash folder?

You can delete all the messages in the trash folder at any time by first logging into your Redman Webmail account, next:
Select SETTINGS
Select SERVER SETTINGS
Under 'Maintenance' check the box next to CLEAR TRASH ON LOGOUT
Select SAVE
LOG OUT
If you wish to save new 'trash messages' please log back into Redmail, next:
Select SETTINGS
Select SERVER SETTINGS
Under 'Maintenance' remove the check mark in the box next to CLEAR TRASH ON LOGOUT
Select SAVE

How can I Auto Delete the Trash Messages in my Redmail account?

To delete All of the messages in your *Trash* folder first:

  • Login into your Redmail e-mail account

  • Select SETTINGS in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Select SERVER SETTINGS on the left side of screen.

  • Under 'Maintenance' check the box to the right of CLEAR TRASH ON LOGOUT

  • Select SAVE
  • LOG OUT

If you wish to save your *Trash* messages:

  • Login into your Redmail e-mail account

  • Under 'Maintenance' remove the check mark left of CLEAR TRASH ON LOGOUT
