Your clients are now able to receive notifications every hour. This function is available to you if you are within these particular boards :
These are the boards that already supply us with a real-time data feed. For any board not on this list, we either receive their listings daily (e.g. Red Deer, Lethbridge) or the board may be real-time but does not allow full-board searches in the first place (Brooks, Winnipeg).
To Manage the Frequency
If a board supports hourly notifications, there are three frequency options to choose from:
1. Every hour
2. Four times a day (approx. 7 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 5 pm MST.)
3. Twice a day (approx. 11 am, 5 pm MST.)
By default, the notifications will be sent out twice a day. For greater frequency, both the agent and their clients are able to change the option.
Agent:
The option is available under Email Preferences and is reached via More->Preferences. This option overrides the system default and sets a new default frequency for all of their clients.
Client:
This option is available under the Saved Search management page and is reached via the Saved Searches button on the client home page (the first page the client sees upon logging in.) This option overrides any system or agent default and sets a frequency specific to the client.
Format
The notification email layout also has a different look. This layout provides the client/ agent with more details about the saved searches. It display's the picture, price, community, style of home, and the date and time the search was saved by the client.
