Creating a Facebook Fan Page

A Facebook Fan page is incredibly easy to navigate, and helps to promote the brand awareness of your company. It is incredibly easy to navigate and creates attention and awareness to what you display, most importantly it has endless potential to direct prospective clients your way.

Ready to create a Facebook page? Here are the Instructions:

  1. Log into your personal Facebook account
  2. Once you are logged in, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on create page
  3. Choose to create a Local or Business Place page
  4. Choose the sub category of Real Estate, and fill in the required fields. You can always come back and change any of this information at a later date.
  5. Once the information has been filled out, click on the checkbox that states that you agree with the Pages Terms, and then click Get Started
  6. Enter the captcha text that appears and click submit
  7. Success! Your page has been created and you will show as the administrator for the page.
