Would you like to add a PDF file to your website? A PDF file is any file that is saved onto your computer. A PDF can take the form of a news letter, a lot plan, a form, an image, or any other marketing material that is stored on your computer. Adding a PDF file to your site is beneficial for your clients as they are able to immediately access any additional information, or forms that they require.

To link a PDF file to your website, follow the steps below:

Step One

Log into your Redman real estate website's Workstation. Along the top right hand edge of the browser click the green Edit Site button. Once clicked, this button will bring you to the front page of your site, but will keep the Workstation's menu bar overtop.

Step Four

Once inside this editable window, navigate to the area of the content you want to add the link to the PDF to. Select the words you want to become the link. This can be anything from 'Download this PDF', to something more specific like 'Download our Condo Buyers Guide.' You can choose to highlight as many or as few words for the link as you like, although we do recommend trying to keep it between 2-6 as that is generally the standard.
