Upon your first log in to your website you will be prompted to choose and answer three security questions. We require you to use security questions for your privacy and security purposes. We want to ensure your account and your private information are only accessible to you.

We have a list of pre- determined question's that you may choose to answer, however you are also able to choose to write and answer your own questions. These security questions will be verified any time you speak with a Redman representative and you require any information, access, or changes to your site. You will also need to answer these security questions if you forget your site password, if you answer the questions correctly your site password will be emailed to you.

Furthermore, if at any point in time you would like to change your security questions you will have to:
1) Log onto your Redman workstation
2) Hover your mouse over " More" ( located at the top of the screen) and click on " Preferences"
3) From the left hand side of your screen, click on " Security Questions", this will bring you to your " Security Questions" page, you may update your questions and answers here, upon completion be sure to click " save and continue"
