How to customize your " Sign up referral" ( how did you hear about us?) options
In order to ensure that your clients are able to provide you with the most accurate answers of where they hear about you, ensure that your sign up referral options are applicaple to your marketing startegies. Your clients are asked where they hear about you when they complete numerous forms on your website wanting . This is a simple way to determine which of the many approaches of marketing you are using are the most effective.
Please follow the steps below to update your options:
Step one: Please log onto your Redman workstation
Step two: Please click on "clients"
Step three: From the available options that populate on the left hand side, please choose " sign up referal options"

Step four: You will now be on a page that list all of your current referal options, you can click on any editable field and change the option

Step five: If you would like to add another option please click on + , if you would like to delete a feild please click on -
Step six: When you have updated your options, ensure you click on " save" located at the bottom of the page
Now that you have updated this information, you will be able to obtain accurate feedback from your clients, this will help improve your marketing strategies as it can help identify which methods are working best for you!
