How To Display Sold Properties

Proud of your hard work, and want to show the world your past successions? A great way to show your clients your drive, and commitment to your work is by displaying your sold properties.

In order to display your sold data, please follow the instructions below;

Step One:

Please log into your Redman Workstation

Step Two:

Once you are on your workstation, from the tool bar displayed at the top of the screen, please click  " Listings"

Step Three:

On the left hand side of the screen, you will be presented with numerous options, please choose " Add a sold"

Step Four:

You are then directed to the page " Add a sold: Residential", in this screen you are able to fill in as many as details as you desire, however the bare minimum information you are required to add is :

- The MLS Number
- Sold Price
- Property Address

Step Five:

Ensure any additional details you would like displayed are entered in the applicable fields. Once you have added the desired details, please click " Submit" at the bottom of the page. This will ensure all of your work is saved.

Any Sold's that you add can be viewed by hovering over the " Search" drop down tab on your home screen, and by then clicking on " Featured Listings" link. Once you have added in " sold properties" a button will appear on your featured listings page, you will then see three buttons.

1) Featured Listings

2) Sold Listings

3) View Local Listings

To access your sold listings, please click on the " Sold Listings" button

You can now display your Sold Properties and show your clients how hard you've been working!
