Certain boards require clients to be approved by a site's agent before that client is allowed to fully access the functionality of your Redman-powered website. In other cases some agents have chosen to make approval required for the site, even if the board allows for instant access. These instructions will only be relavent to sites who have manual approval turned on.
If you have a website that requires authorization you will see an "Authorize" link at the bottom of your new client notification e-mails. Clicking this link will quickly authorize the client, without needing to login.
Your Work Station has an information box which summarized all "Unauthorized & Expired Clients." Simply click authorize next to a client's name to authorize them in the system. If you would like more detail on the client, you may click "Show" to see some of the other details they provided when registering on your site.
Authorization links are also available under the Full Details page of any unauthorized client, which can be accessed using areas such as the client search, or by viewing your "Unauthorized Clients" list in the Clients section of your tools.
